Join Karen Renée for the 3rd level of the Frame Drum Wisdom 4-part series exploration journey. The main focus for this day will be communal, transformative sound healing sessions for ourselves, each other, and a few select individuals from outside of our class participant circle. There is so much we as human beings can do with the power of our own vocal vibrations, drumming, and sounding together. We come together in this way to deepen our practice and explore the potency of sound to change our personal lives and the world around us.

We will share in, receive, and experience group sound healing. Each class participant will be able to sit, stand, or lay in the middle of the circle, and receive potent sound healing expressions from the other members of the class Similar to a Reiki share, but using voice, drums, and other sound healing instruments. It is incredibly powerful to receive and to be a part of giving in this way. Each session takes time, a nurturing, clear presence. Intuition and trust. We practice with each other, so that we can build confidence in our ability to bring similar experiences to others in the days ahead

The shifts that are possible are more easily understood by experiencing them for ourselves To describe what happens during this communal sound healing connection wouldn't do justice to it because it is honestly indescribable it will change your life. Guaranteed!
