Cancellation Policy

All guests have until 48 hours prior to departure to cancel or change their tour date . Prior to 48 hours, cancellations will be refunded all but a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or change of date or time for any reason within this 48 hour period will result in a FULL forfeiture of the tour cost. No-shows forfeit full tour cost.

You may receive a refund of the tour price if you are prevented from taking the tour because of an unforeseeable event that is out of your control and shows up after the booking. The determination of what constitutes "unforeseeable events" is at the discretion of Sedona Art Tours.

Unforeseeable Events:

a) Impersonal events that make it dangerous or impossible to to safely undertake a tour, such as: travel restrictions imposed by governments, epidemic disease unusual to an area, extreme weather, natural disaster;

b) A flight cancellation if there are no other means to travel to the destination; and 

c) A "Do Not Travel" advisory issued by the US Department of State after a booking is made.
