Meisou Mai is a Japanese meditative and spiritual dance practice. This workshop will comprise of a film screening of The Meisou Mai movie followed by the dance workshop. Meisou Mai is a dance that helps organize your mind and body. The moves of Meisou Mai is meant to help expand your prayers to Heaven. Prayer  in Japanese is derived from two Japaneses words Declare and One's Will . This translates to meaning that through prayer, we declare our will of how we will live and show up in this Universe. Meisou Mai will allow us to enhance our mind and body so that we may fulfill the life we want.
