Valentine's Weekend - Come explore Love

Love connects us to our feeling of belonging.  Our love patterns are set early in life where we learn how to love and be loved. As we grow, we continue to expand what we mean and experience as love. Being in love provides rich material for transformation.

In this weekend we will explore our relationship with, as, and to Love.

• We will explore authenticity in relationship and deep listening to self and other
• We will expand our Awareness in the field of Love

What pattern are you repeating that keeps you from experiencing love?  Discover a core belief you hold about giving and receiving love and open yourself to a new way of being in love 

Being authentic to another requires us to step beyond our field of comfort and bring up something we know we have to do or say, to be truthful, honest and authentic with ourselves. At the same time, it opens us and allows for breaking of old patterns.

Universal love is beyond any individual experience.  Opening your whole being to this love expands your capacity to love and be loved.  Allow love to continually flow through you while being in relationship to others.
