The Bold Yoga Method is rooted in the frequency of freedom. There are two options available for students.  The first is Vinyasa, which is a dynamic flow-based class that strengthens and tones the entire body, as it organically clears the mind. It is an all-level class that journeys through traditional Hatha Yoga poses in a fresh innovative way. Students often describe their experience as feeling “more alive” after class.  

The second option is the deeply restorative and relaxing Yin Yoga.  This class touches every muscle tissue and fiber of the students being. It is perfect for surrendering to the incredible healing powers within you. Students often feel as if they have morphed into a lighter version of themselves, vibrating higher and feeling more clear mentally, physically, and emotionally.  

SNOWFLAKES is a Master teacher with over 25 years of experience in the Wellness Industry. Her "other-worldly" gifts contribute to the progressive way she teaches you how to access more confidence, authenticity, and power.
