Join Sharon for a healing afternoon of breathwork. The session will begin once everyone is comfortable on their yoga mat. Yoga mats, blankets, and eye covers will be provided along with a custom blend of essential oils, Sage, Palo Santo, and other tools to help optimize this experience.

At first, we will set an intention for the session, and then Sharon will guide everyone through a simple but effective 3-part breath. Along the way, Sharon will provide assistance for each of you to reach a deeper level of healing. Throughout the session, a curated playlist including spiritual and world music will be played to enhance the experience and help focus our minds.

About Sharon

Sharon has an extensive background in holistic health care and metaphysical exploration. Her deep-rooted desire to help people heal began in 1993 when she studied at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Following her career as a masseuse, she became a certified angel practitioner, breathwork coach, as well as a sound healer & Law of Attraction facilitator.

Sharon developed a custom chakra clearing technique she implements to set this breathwork experience apart.

Sharon uses a chakra clearing practice and guided meditation to help attendees release what no longer serves them. This technique can really help move you from feeling stuck to being empowered, inspired, and centered again.
