Your Ceremony: We will come together in a sacred ceremonial circle to set an intention acknowledging what we need to release and also what we would like to invite into our lives. We will enjoy a cup of Keith's Cacao, high vibe, ceremonial chocolate from Guatemala, which facilitates a state of blissful clarity, perfect for a deep, guided meditation! On this shamanic journey, we will receive support & guidance from the “goddess of cacao” as we work through the energetic centers, unlocking and unleashing blocks as we free ourselves from past traumas so that we can emerge from our "chrysalis", reborn with a fresh sense of clarity and purpose. Candace will combine breath work and visualization techniques along with a variety of vibrational sound healing tools; including ancient gongs, crystal singing bowls, rainstick and koshi bells to facilitate your personal transformation. There will be time for journaling, sharing of experiences, and selecting of guidance & oracle cards. Its time let go of the past and step into your power, right here, right now.

What to Bring: Please bring a mat, blanket & bolster to ensure you are comfortable for the duration of the session. We also recommend an eye cover, shawl/wrap for warmth. To best enjoy your cacao experience, we invite you to bring your favorite mug and recommend you eat lightly and avoid caffeine 3-4 hours before the ceremony. You may also want to bring a journal & pen to record any interesting experiences during your sound healing!
