*SOLD OUT Deep Sound Healing Infused With Ceremonial Cacao

Join us for a sound healing journey infused with sacred, ceremonial cacao straight from the jungles of Guatemala (Keith’s Cacao). Guest teacher, Candace Blair will open the space, offering each individual a ceremonial smudge with Palo Santo & Sage to clear the auric field of any residual negative energy. We will set a personal intention and select a guidance card for our meditation & journey. 

Then, we will drink a shot of this high vibe, plant medicine, inviting the “spirit of cacao” into our bodies to work on any blocks in the energetic bodies, focusing on the heart space, Anahata, the 4th chakra and sharing an individual intention for release and inspiration. Everyone is asked to bring their own mugs.

Candace, will then invite you to lie back for an hour of vibrational healing, as she take you on journey of sound using the Pluto & Symphonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, and Koshi bells. Imagine all of your cells singing in unison! Once the session is over, we will rise up in unison, to close the space. We truly hope you will join us for this magical, unifying experience!

Guests will be asked to bring a mat, blanket & bolster to ensure you are comfortable for the duration of the session. We also recommend an eye cover, shawl/wrap for warmth. To best enjoy your cacao experience, we invite you to bring your favorite mug and recommend you eat lightly and avoid caffeine 3-4 hours before the ceremony. You may also want to bring a journal & pen to record any interesting experiences during your sound healing!
