About the Event
FREE EVENT. Join The Sedona International City of Peace for this all day events spanning across many venues throughout beautiful Sedona. They plan for this to take place every third Monday of the month. (locations and times may very for future events.)

Parisse Deza will lead a Daoist inner smile all healing meditation and simple Chigung warm-ups to open your energy feild and get the life force moving.

Gopala of Divine Grace Yoga Ashram will lead a Japa Meditation practice. This includes Chanting the sacred syllables Sanskrit known as the "Holy Names".

Nathen Gangaden and his father Ashok Gangaden with lead a muscial meditation journey of the heart and mind in the Source Feild through thought provoking, emotional and subtle healing.

Rhianne Newland will lead a Winter Solstice meditation honoring this rich cycle of the Earth and discovering the bountiful opportunites that resting in the spirit of winter brings.
