Grounded Breathwork & Water Ceremony

Join Adrian Sothis for a somatic breathwork practice designed to assist you in working through physical and emotional distress! Integrated into this breathwork practice is somatic and energetic movements, spiritual meditation, and a collective water blessing for the land. This practice is designed to be a therapeutic teaching tool in how to use body centered awareness and spiritual guidance as a means for navigating fight/flight/freeze, as well as to deepen your connection to joy.

This event is not recommended if you have underlying heart problems, lung diseases, seizures/epilepsy, or are on medications for severe mental illness (This includes Covid symptoms). 

Capacity is limited to 5 people so that 6 feet social distancing can be enforced.
