About the Event

Classes will be held from 4-5 pm on Tuesdays, March 31 – May 19. 

Classes are offered on a donation basis. A donation of $10 is suggested but not required. Attend any or all of the sessions.

Meditation & Mindfulness are hot topics in today’s world. Meditation is known to:

  • reduce stress
  • increase focus and productivity
  • enhance mental, physical and emotional health

New to meditation? An experienced meditator? All are welcome. Any age or any level of experience are invited.

Please join me, “Meditation & Mindfulness practices – Keeping it simple” Tuesdays from 4-5 pm at the Sedona Center for Harmony & Enrichment Classes begin March 31 and will continue for 8 weeks. Come to any of the classes or commit to all 8!

We will explore:

  • Simple meditation techniques for beginning or experienced meditators
  • Finding inner Peace
  • Making meditation a regular part of your life
  • Cultivating your “Loving Kindness Muscle”

In this intimate setting, we will have the opportunity to answer questions and share our experiences of meditation. Together we will support each other on our journey to wellness and inner peace.
