Our physical bodies are our temple instruments, while our energy bodies are wisdom keepers. When our bodies release trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, and past trauma through Asana, we become empowered to make choices from a space of love vs. fear. Our true light aligns with our ( greatest potential) divine nature and allows you to Awaken your spirit.

The union between Yoga and Ceremony strengthens the physical body while inviting a soul-aligned devotional ritual into your Asana practice as a way of Awakening and Empowering your relationship to mind, body, and spirit.

During our hour together, we will explore a variety of yoga poses while connecting to our breath in finding a nourishing place that will carry us off of the mat.
