Neurographic art is an intuitive form of art that involves mindfulness and intentionality, with the ability to transform our lives and the world.

It comprises drawing freeform lines meant to enable the connection between the conscious and subconscious, gaining access to our inner self. It engages both our aesthetic and emotional intelligence, eliciting positive changes in our reality.

We’ll come together and set an intention, and create art to promote changes in our lives.

For this project you’ll need paper (preferably inexpensive watercolor paper), black pen, pencil, or black felt tip pen; something to color with such as crayons, colored markers, or whatever you have available.
