NEW YEAR'S BLESSING AND SOUND HEALING

Join us as we host Bhante, a 40+ year Buddhist monk devoted to bringing more love and compassion into the world. We'll begin the afternoon with a warm, welcoming meet-and-greet - a personal opportunity to connect with Bhante, settle into the space, and enjoy light appetizers. From there, we gently transition into the heart of the experience, where his Dharma talk will invite reflection, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of love in action. We will close with a meditation supported with soothing crystal singing bowls, allowing his wisdom to settle not just in the mind, but in the heart and the body.
