Sedona Solstice Celebration | Jim Berenholtz: Hour of Solstice Celebration

HOUR OF SOLSTICE CELEBRATION

Jim will share movement meditations from ancient and indigenous traditions that honor the Sacred Sun, and call that solar light deep into our beings, awakening the light consciousness within. 

Together we can participate in these movement and sound rituals from Egyptian, Aztec and Maya culture, among others.

In addition, Jim will share about the astronomy and astrology of the approaching New Moon Solar Eclipse, exact at 11:43 PM Saturday night, which will cross directly over Mt Kailas, Tibet. That is also where the point of “Greatest Eclipse” will occur. Pyramid-shaped Mt Kailas is the physical embodiment of the mythical Mt Meru in Hindu and Buddhist tradition, and hence considered to be the Center of the Universe. It is also known as the Summer Abode of Shiva, and many people see it as the Crown Chakra of the Earth. Our exploration with Jim will support our understanding of why 6/20/2020 is a day of profound spiritual activations.
