Each Transcendent Tuesday we will meet in Sacred Circle to share in various forms of meditation and spiritual discussion.

This is an opportunity to come together in community for our personal and collective awakening. The focus of this group is to explore different topics in spirituality and to experience the many levels of consciousness available to us.

Meditations may include breathing exercises, contemplation, guided visualization, drumming and movement.

This group is open to everyone, and no previous experience is required. Seating is limited to 20 participants, so please register early each week.

Jeremy R. Werner, L.Ac., CST incorporates various energy healing modalities in his meditation circles to enhance each individual’s experience and to provide a safe and creative space to explore the body, mind and spirit. He has many years of experience leading meditation groups, shamanic drumming circles and online international ceremonies.
