Energy Flow Yoga includes Eden Energy Exsercizes, QiGong exsercises. First half yin , second half yang. Built for all levels.
Over the past 6 years Maureen Hughes has developed a unique style of mindful, gentle embodiment yoga that includes QiGong, Eden Energy exercises, and other tools she learned while in massage school. Her teaching involves asking for consent, checking in with the Self. Yoga is about connecting with the breath and the body, not pushing so hard you do the opposite of yoga!
