MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS: KEEPING IT SIMPLE

Throughout these online, Zoom events with Shey Khandro, you will explore:

  • Simple meditation techniques for beginning or experienced meditators

  • Finding Peace from the inside out

  • Making meditation a regular part of your life

  • Cultivating your “Loving Kindness Muscle”

You will have the opportunity to share your experiences of meditation. Together we will support each other on our journey to wellness and inner peace.

The Meditation & Mindfulness series can be experienced each Tuesday, from 4:00-5:00pm, beginning on August 18 and continuing through September 15. You may reserve any of the days by clicking on the desired date(s) above and registering.
